Final fantasy figures in boxes - Image 1Lance Seaman, 18, simply couldn't resist the charm of video game based figurines. After supposedly stealing his grandmother's credit card, he went on to spend US$ 10,087.83 buying video game merchandise online.

Last May 17, Seaman confessed to the police that he stole his grandma's computer and camcorder then pawned them for US$ 200. Twenty boxes of Final Fantasy figurines were also found in his hotel bedroom on the 6300 block of Southern Avenue, further making the charges against him stronger.

He was arrested last Wednesday night and agreed to be interviewed by the police. Fellow gamers, let this be a lesson for everyone. Don't steal from your grandmother to buy video game stuff to avoid getting busted.

18 and stealing from his grandmother. I hope the cops own his ass.

» I wouldn't do that for anything less than a Spawn figure

Seriously though, that guy didn't have $10,000 worth of Final Fantasy figures because he had a boner for FF. He was probably planning on selling them for a profit. Too bad he had to steal from his granny like a douche bag. He belongs in jail.

Lol wow what a jack ass. why is this posted here anyway? They were just videogame figures. A guy stealing from his grandmother to buy videogame related items is all that mind blowing. The amount of money spent is what gets me. and his last name lol.

» Poor Bugger

You've gotta feel for this guy. Every formal document would have his name down as SEAMAN, Lance. It sounds like a euphemism for every guy's best friend.

» Fat Boi!
