I've seen a couple hundred psp played so far and one very questionable fella playing his ds lite for brain age(probably he's hoping to bed down that cute japenese doctor). I've seen as many ds on the streets, although were being toted around by their target demographic: 5-9 yr olds. Hillary Duff probably sells a million with that age bracket too, so I guess your arguments would be that she is greatest artist.

i think that all the psp need to gain a lot of competitivness with nintendo is to drop the price to $149.99. come on guys, $130 for a handheld N64 or $150 for a handheld Dreamcast (not at early ps2 levels quite yet, but close)

PSP vs DS

I believe the PSP HAD the ability to be the system to have over the DS, but unfortunately due to lackluster games (many of which were good PS2 games and crappy PSP ports). A more expensive system, and Nintendo's smart marketing decisions. I am NOT a Nintendo fanboy, I have a PSP and do not have a DS though I have played the DS and some games are fun. Some PSP games are fun as well, many could have been much better if they translated better to the PSP's control scheme, or Sony could have made the PSP with 2 analog sticks. I do believe the PSP is the system with a lot of potential but did not perform, not that it couldn't but because of what has been developed for it (homebrew excluded).
