"Sonic Rush Adventure" trademarked: game on the way? |

A member of The Sonic Stadium forum boards dedicated to the blue blur found that a "Sonic Rush Adventure" was recently trademarked before the US Patent and Trademark Office by Sega. His screenshot of the search hit is shown above. A sequel to Sonic Rush, perhaps? Blue blur fans are speculating on the "Adventure" portion of the title, suggesting comparisons with the Sonic Adventure games.
Scrolling platformer plus elements from Sonic's Dreamcast outing? There's speculation that this could also be way past the DS, like in console territory - although that might eat into the PS3/Xbox 360 Sonic the Hedgehog and Wii Sonic and the Secret Rings continuities.

Notice that the filing date is only 9 days ago? This is extremely recent. I hope it is a sequel to Sonic Rush, not Sonic Adventure, though.
I thought they said Sonic was taking a break to be re-invented or whatnot ;o
