Scribblenauts launch today at New York City

Those who've been waiting for Scribblenauts might be able to get their hands on the remarkable, award-winning anything-generator a bit early - that is if they happen to be in NYC right now. Scribblenauts is launching early today at Nintendo World, so DS owners should be crowding the area in queue right now.

Scribblenauts will officially launch all over two days later, but lucky folks who happen to be in NYC can get their copy now, that is if it's still in stock by the time they get in. The game's creative director Jeremiah Slaczka will be there to autograph copies, too, if you're interested.

Scribblenauts was awarded Best Handheld Game in the Game Critics Awards Best of E3 2009, so that definitely speaks something about this game's caliber.
