Rumor - Codemasters to save Sega's UK Racing Studio? - Image 1We got rumored information on the developments circulating around the event of Sega closing down their UK Racing Studio. It seems that Codemasters might be able to save all the company's employees, if not at least some.

There have been reports from the people inside the studio that Sega was apparently trying to sell the racing studio to another company. In addition to this, some sources from inside the studio have cited that Codemasters is one of the primary suitors. It could only be speculated that the company is nearing the event of signing a deal.

Regarding this matter, Codemasters have refused to give out a comment on the rumored information. So far, nothing official has been set or released, so we're keeping our eyes peeled for more info. Stay tuned.

» Good To Hear

I hate hearing about studios shutting down. Now if they can prove themselves by making a point with a top seller, that would be more good news.
