R4 DS v1.16 kernel: Fix for 1958 |

We're letting you guys know that the R4 team has recently released a new kernel build for their Flashcart solution for your handheld. Their site still appears to be down, so we'll be posting the download here for your perusal. This latest build appears to be a minor fix for problems with 1958. That's pretty much it for this latest update.
To install this new build simply unzip the file bundle, copy _DS_MENU.DAT and_DS_MSHL.NDS, and let them overwrite whatever previous R4DS version you had loaded. The bundle also comes with a Moonshell installer, which - in case you're a new owner - will enable you to watch videos, view images, and read txt on your DS.
