THQ's ValuSoft division has recently announced the release of Paws & Claws Pet Vet for the DS. This game will be a follow-up to the Paws & Claws Pet Resort title that's been released for the Game Boy Advance.

For those wondering what's in store for them, here are some of the features to be expected in the DS release:

• The DS port will feature the voice function, which brings out unique responses from the various critters you'll be treating.
• Manage your own Pet clinic, from the daily grind of buying and listing supplies to taking out bank loans to keep it running.
• You'll start out by treating small pets like rabbits and guinea pigs, and progress to more challenging cases like horses, cats and dogs.
• Learn to treat the animals from 20 separate ailments.
  

For the guys who like their Nintendogs/Animal Crossing with a hint of medical drama, and overall customizability, you know where to go and what to buy.
