Nintendo is at it again, now that they received another Emmy award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for its innovative Wii motion-sensing controls, and the dual-screen and tactile interface of the Nintendo DS.The award was presented in Las Vegas on January 7 at the Technological and Engineering Emmy Awards. This would be the second award that Nintendo has received in a row, with the previous award recognizing Nintendo's invention of the plus-shaped D-pad that is widely used in many gaming peripherals.
The invention netted the gaming company the Emmy Award for Peripheral Development and Technological Impact of Video Game Controllers last year.
