At long last, Nintendo will reveal the North American release date and price for the Nintendo DS Lite handheld tomorrow morning. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata will speak on this information in his speech which begins at 10:30 am PST.
Rumor has it that Nintendo will still continue to produce the original Nintendo DS model, even after Lite goes to retailers. Nintendo may do as it did with the Game Boy Advance after the upgraded Game Boy Advance SP was released - which means to continue selling the regular Nintendo DS but at a lower price.
