DS Lite Box


For those who want to know what to look out for on June 11th when the Nintendo DS Lite launches, we have a picture! (Yes, that really IS how the box will look like.) It will retail for the same price as a regular Nintendo DS. However, we'd recommend pre-ordering the DS Lite instead of walking in to buy it. If the launch of the original DS has taught us anything, it's that there won't be any of these in stock. If Japan's taught us anything, there won't be any of these in stock months from now either...

The box itself is very clean and simple. The only colour we'll be seeing is Polar White. Our European friends will be the first in the world to see Black.

Good news for my fellow Australians, we'll be receiving the DSlite on June 1st. The price is $199 (same as DSorig + MarioKart bundle) but no news on which colours are available.



This has to be the first ever console to be released in Australia before the U.S. Keep up the good work Nintendo!!!

I was at GameStop checking my order status. Now, it might have just been cut off, but it said ST6/1. I thought that that was the case except that it shows them expecting it on 5/31. Nintendo still has it set for June 11th, but I can still be hopeful, can't i?
