Back in January, Nintendo broke the news that their Nintendo eShop will be using the currency over the points system for their downloads. Today, they've also announced your other option for it.

We all know that not all eShop users will be having a debit or credit card within their reach. Minor gamers, most especially, will most likely have to rely on their parents' good graces. They won't have to worry all to much about Nintendo's new system for the 3DS eShop, though.

that's a good alternative. having a strict credit card-only requirement will surely give customers a hard time doing their shopping!

looks like a good idea except for one thing if you dont live in the country where their servers are their going to charge you in their currency like what happens with dsi/wii shop CH. ?
