In the DS version, you're in a vacation resort (as opposed to the rundown town in the Wii version) that needs your help in order to attract customers. You'll socialize with other characters and perform tasks that work toward your tourist-attracting goals. There are also a bunch of mini-games that utilize the touch screen and microphone, one of which is a fishing game.
In the main game, the lower screen displays the environment while the upper screen shows the day of the week and time of the day. KLind also says that the Nintendo Power feature hints at Wi-Fi functionality. The graphics are reportedly similar to Animal Crossing. You can check out the blurry pics below for a peek.
