Here's a little something-something for the Mega Man fans out there: Capcom has made the announcement that Mega Man Star Force 3 is indeed coming to Nintendo DS. Apart from the release margin, we've also got some screens and artwork for you right here.

As with the previous Mega Man Star Force titles, you earn Battle Cards from enemies and bosses, and you can use those to enhance and evolve the blue boy's attacks. What's new in Megaman Star Force 3 is the "Noise Changes" feature. These are random enhancements that change Mega Man's form and unlocks new abilities.

The two versions, Black Ace and Red Joker, each have over 100 unique Noise Types which Mega Man can use to gain elemental powers, such as earth, air, water, and fire.

Even if these new features don't really get out of the Mega Man box, I'm still quite interested how that'll play out. I've been a Mega Man fan since my first Mega Man when I was five years old, so I'm very used to having new titles from this series without enjoying too many new features. This baby comes out early summer of 2009

I stopped after they started to make 2 versions of the same game...I think my last one was Battle Network 3. They're starting to become like Pokemon.
