Meet the Robinsons pushed back in Europe

We've just come across a post on Go Nintendo reporting that the European release of Meet the Robinsons has been pushed back.

Meet the Robinsons, a time-travelling action/adventure game based on the Disney title of the same name, puts players in the role of Wilbur Robinson as he chases Bowler Hat Guy and his robotic hat Doris through multiple timelines in an attempt to stop their evil machinations.

According to an announcement from Disney Interactive Studios, the game versions of Meet the Robinsons will drop in Europe in October. While those who have been eagerly waiting for this title are sure to be disappointed, one piece of semi-good news is that the movie version won't be hitting theaters in Europe until - you guessed it - October.

There were no details regarding reasons for the delay, so perhaps Disney merely chose to release the game versions alongside the movie itself.
