We're hoping we can get something more out of Ninty come E3, maybe new trailers and screenshots. Maybe they also have some surprises in store for the event for us, say, a sequel to Twilight Princess? Well, why not? At any rate, on to the games.
First up is Mario Super Sluggers for the Wii, which was announced earlier this month. Mario Super Sluggers is a full-fledged baseball game that stars the 30 characters from the cast of Mario's world. The game will be released on August 25.
Coming on September 29 is Mario's rather flatulent counterpart, Wario. The yellow, smelly menace is back in Wario Land: Shake It!, also for the Wii. The game is a side-scroller that has you shaking the Wiimote to execute a number of actions.
On the DS side of things, we have Kirby Super Star Ultra, which will be launched on September 29. The new Kirby game will have you going against King Dedede and Meta Knight. The game will have various minigames, and boasts fully rendered animated cut scenes.Also coming for the DS is Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir, which will be released on September 8. The game is a detective story that has you searching for evidence, solving logic puzzles, and investigating characters to find the heir to a million-dollar fortune. Sounds like it's going to be very reminiscent of Professor Layton.

I didn't think Nintendo could possibly announce more than 2 upcoming games for the Wii. Big suprise, they both use mario characters.
...of both Zelda and Metroid for Wii AND DS. As for other companies, I want Castlevania, Timesplitters, etc. Something really mindblowing. Who cares about Super Sluggers? Wario Land could be good, but I want something really exciting, apart from Brawl (which I will have tomorrow... on its release day).
You're thinking Gamecube, which was much superior to the Wii. Nintendo actually tried to get good games in those days because they were in third place.
Wario Land is pure crap, relying on N64 era 2d graphics and gimmicky control (what can you really control by shaking?) Everything Nintendo sells nowadays is some kind of gimmick.
