Zero is back! Not in a new game, though. Capcom Japan has announced a new DS title that packs the four Mega Man Zero GBA titles into one DS cart.

The collection, dubbed "Rockman Zero Collection", will be available in Japan on April 22 for JP¥ 4,190 (about US$ 46). There's a website, but details are still scarce aside from the release date and pricing info.

There's no word yet on an overseas release, but Capcom is asking fans who do want it to let their voices be heard on the Capcom-Unity site.

If this sells maybe they can come up with a new Zero game.

Personally I hate the way they went with the story. Seriously, it's not even Zero or X anymore and more about 2 random kids. I couldn't stand playing the DS ones. But yeah I'll be getting this if they are ever released in the US.

What are you talking about, this is Megaman Zero, not Megaman ZX. Were the ZX games ever even officially tied into the Zero series?

Mega Man X4 was my favorite Mega Man game (Mega Man in ANY incarnation).. The plot was touching, the characters had distinct personalities, and the levels and bosses were both extremely fun and challenging.

The levels and bosses were fun, but not challenging.
