Just a few short days after releasing Jetfighter 0.4b for the enjoyment of the DS folk out there, we've received word that Cid2Mizard has just finished work on another homebrew.This particular game is titled Super Mario Galaxies v0.1, and will have players controlling their favorite plumber in a traditional top-down space shooter.
The objective is simple enough: You have to destroy the approaching Goomba Jets with Mario's stars, all the while avoiding all the bullets flying onscreen.
Has Super Mario Galaxy for the Wii picked up an unofficial baby brother in Cid2Mizard's latest project? We're not sure, but it's still loads of fun. Enjoy the download, and wait up in case the developer released an update.
