DSQuake on its way!

To be perfectly honest, DS users haven't really had any homebrew games to really shout about. There have been many homebrew releases for the DS, but, in my opinion, none that would make you want to show off to your friends. Well, this may change everything.

Above is the video for DSQuake, a Nintendo DS homebrew port of Quake 1. Currently it's a Work-In-Progress, being made by a guy called John; and it appears to be running rather smoothly. The bottom screen displays text-based information whilst the top screen displays all the good bits - the classic first person shooter that is the original Quake, in all its glory.

Although the video quality isn't amazing, and there is a bit of screen reflection, you can see that it is playable, and it's still a WIP. PSP users will not be the only ones to have portable versions of Quake for much longer. Roll on DSQuake!

Doesnt look like the game is actually being played on that DS does it?

In other words, I'm hoping that the stylus will be used
