My friend Beak from Japan has got his DS Lite today! However, he didn't get it by standing in today's lines, because there was no chance for them today. He had to pre-ordered it several days ago - and that was another line for him to stand in for quite some hours in the middle of the cold night... DS Lite IS HOT there!

boom bot bot bot thats the best the ultimate i hope it supports homebrew, from what i heard it has the same OS or whateva u wanna call it (firmware?) as the phat one so thatll be cool, but the only prob is that the homebrew advance cartidges we use now will stick out even more LOL LOL LOL oh well, Japan rocks i g2g move there, cuz that is where hideo kojima (MGS), Shigeru Miyamoto, and Sotoru Iwata live yipeeee

Yes you can easily switch the language of the unit to english. The only difference between the jap DS Lite and US DS Lite is the wall socket charger.
