BassAceGold shares the new version for his funky DS homebrew music app, Mario Paint Composer DS Paratroopa. This one's an indirect remake of the music composer tool which is originally housed in the SNES game "Mario Paint". There are quite a few new adaptations to this version, which the author added in from the PC version, originally created by unFun Games. Do note, though, that this is all original code from him and has got nothing to do with the aforementioned PC game - they just share the same name, is all.
Now, as for the Features:
- Saving and Loading of songs
- Sharp and Flat notes
- more lower ranged notes
- 5 new note types
- 5 notes per can be played at once rather then the original 3 limit
- Longer songs
- Different Tempo's per page

- fixed last note detection for looping
- Copy "mpcsongs" folder to anywhere on your card
- DLDI Patch the rom

Which one is better, this one or the snes one?
Is that even a question to be asked? I mean, if you look carefully, there's basically lots of new things, aswell as a lot of new options. Therefore, I think it's safe to assume this version will probably be better.
Does anyone know if there is a song collection for Mario Paint?
In any for would be nice... Either for PC, DS or even NES if anyone can figure out how to post them(with pictures maybe).
I have been looking for other peoples work on the net but the only thing I can find is movies on youtube.
