DS homebrew - iDeaS 1.0.3.2 for Windows, final version

Not long after Lino released the v1.0.3.2 beta, he follows it up with the final version of iDeaS for Windows, which still stands at the same version number, minus the beta part. This release does not boast a heavy changelog, which may indicate that it doesn't need that many tweaks anymore. If you're tired of keeping tabs on updates, this will be the last time for iDeaS.

The only change from the previous release is that this one has one fix about the Cartridge Access, and it wasn't specified as to what the fix was all about, that's it. Props to Lino for taking the Nintendo DS emulator all the way to completion, and hopefully, iDeaS won't be the last.

This is not the last version of iDeaS...

Final version means not beta, stable version.
