Aside from his main projects, DS homebrew developer hillbilly likes to
make some small ones for fun. That's where DS MediaCenter comes in,
although there's nothing small and casual about this project - it's a
full-fledged movie player and launcher with a lot of potential, and
hillbilly is definitely no hill-billy for being able to come up with
something like this.DS MediaCenter is currently receiving lots of praise and good feedback over at the PAlib forums. With a little help from fellow forum member Chris Hildenbrand, hillbilly was able to release v1.2 with new graphics and support for EMC vids. The new version also sports some "fancy new transitions and and info section" and hillbilly reckons that this may be the final release.
