Codemasters bringing Ology series to Wii, DS |

Codemasters has signed a deal with Templar Publishing that will bring the 14-million-selling Ology series to video game consoles. The first three games - Dragonology, Wizardology and Pirateology - have been confirmed for the Nintendo Wii and DS."Extending Codemasters' reach in the family entertainment category, this alliance with Templar further demonstrates the continued growth and diversification of our portfolio," said Barry Jafrato, Codemasters' senior vice president of brand.
According to GamesIndustry.biz, the Wii titles in the series will be more action-oriented while the DS entries' gameplay will focus more on exploration. Dragonology will be kicking things off. It's currently scheduled for release in the second half of next year.
