Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D isn't the only game that Capcom announced for the 3DS today. Remember the Mega Man Legends rumors? As it turns out, it's all real, and it's being developed for Nintendo's upcoming 3D handheld.
"We have wanted to create a new instalment in this series for a number of years," said Keiji Inafune, who will be the executive producer for the title. "And it is great that we now have the opportunity to bring this title to the Nintendo 3DS."
For now, the working title will only be known as the Mega Man 3 Project. Further details will be revealed at New York's Comic-Con next month.

Also @WOOOOOOOOOW
I dont think its that bad I mean have you seen the Resident Evil for 3DS. The graphics wont suffer. The touch screen is good for shooting and also its portable so anytime anywhere.
Anyway how do you know it will be less fun there is absolutely no details so just sit and wait before judging.

How the Fuck do you go from releasing 2 games in the franchise about a decade ago on a PS1 Sony brand console, and then release it's long overdue Part 3 on a 3DS Nintendo brand console??
This is not being consistent and breaks the fanbase apart because of this stupid desision.

Ps3 has a lot of games to choose from, a game like this on a PS3 would pass a hardtime to push good sales, not counting JB versions around. on PSP? kidding right?
As a game that will be on the startup line, pretty much the chances to become a hit seller is waaaay big.
