Ó
Amplitude originally for the PS2 is a musical video game developed by Harmonix and is the sequel to the game Frequency. The game is set in "a quasi-virtual-DJ-paradise cyberspace environment" (whatever that means) and the gamer controls some kind of ship. The mission is to make music by reconstructing the different layers of songs.
If you've always wanted to play Amplitude on your DS - this is your chance. Dark Knight has released the latest update to his homebrew of the game for the DS called AmplitudDS v2. Currently the game features:
- Awesome gameplay (more similar to the original game)
- Sweet, sweet music
- Two different views
- Optional touch-screen control
- The ability to insert own music and/or target-layout
- See the Amplitrack section for further details
- Fixed the garbled background present on M3 and some other cards
- Multiple difficulty levels (mellow, normal, brutal and insane)
- Powerups (autoblaster, freestyle, scoredoubler)
- Support for FAT (Chishm's latest official FAT library)
