Oh, foxy lady getting some action, eh? Fresh from The Transformers movie and well into production for Transformers 2, Megan Fox is now currently being rumored to play Tomb Raider babe Lara Croft in the next installment of the TR movie franchise.
Yeah, if she's not running around after the All-Spark, she's now going to hunt down other ancient relics.
According to Spanish newspaper Europa Press, Paramount Pictures is eying to get Fox for the new movie. They're scheduled to start shooting by next year, with the movie being released on 2011.
Of course, this is merely rumor for now - much like lots of other Hollywood gossip. The simple fact that details about a Tomb Raider III movie is still rather hush-hush makes this bit that much more unfounded. Be that as it may, whether we get Megan Fox or Angelina Jolie for the next movie (if there will be a next movie), then that' well and good.
Then again, a Tomb Raider plot involving the All-Spark does sound rather intriguing.

But the Lora Croft game character from the first ones on PS1 look similar to her. They increased the boobee size in the other Tomb Rider games. Shes definitely sexy enough.

...is just so damn RIGHT, that I sure hope this isn't just a rumor. Speaking of rumors, I've heard many on-and-off again over the years that Paramount wanted to salvage the franchise from the ashes of 'Cradle of Life' (ugh). --This would be the perfect reboot with Megan Fox as Tomb Raider. Just as good an idea today, as Angelina Jolie was in 2001.
Jolie was gorgeous, fit (to play a fit character) and could actually act - doing the role justice.
Fox isn't right for the role because she's merely a pretty face (or body as most of the comments here point to) and can't act worth a damn! Sad she's getting so many big roles that other actresses could be doing good jobs with.
I want to see her on the big screen again.

Well maybe Angelina should play a role in a Transformers movie, she would kick some serious Decepticon @$$, you saw what she did to the poor training robot in the first TR movie. ;p
