Square Enix may be funneling a lot of their resources to support Final Fantasy XIV, but that doesn't mean they've left Final Fantasy XI by the wayside. In fact, they will be releasing another major content update for the original Final Fantasy MMO next month.
The version update is expected to go live on December 6th, the date listed as the activation date for the Heroes of Abyssea mini-expansion. To whet players' appetites, Square Enix have released this new trailer featuring the mini-expansion's three monstrous headliners --Orthrus, Alfard, and Khrysokhimaira -- and other monsters players can expect to encounter.
