Watch: Blacklight: Tango Down's HRV in action

Ignition Entertainment has released a new video showing off the Hyper Reality Visor, one of the very nifty near-future gadgets in Blacklight: Tango Down.

Based on real-life applications, the HRV uses cell phone towers and satellites to detect nearby enemy and friendly forces and identifies nearby objectives including health and ammo stations. It then relays that info to users via a HUD.

All Blacklight and The Order operatives carry these very useful gadgets, but that usefulness comes with a price: you can't shoot when the HRV is engaged.

Anyway, here it is in action. Blacklight: Tango Down hits PS3, Xbox 360, and PC this summer.
