2K Games is not about to be left out in the fun at the VGA 2009, bringing along with them their own little "surprise package" in the form of a new game announcement. It's Spec Ops: The Line, and it looks like it's taken a page or two off the Gears of War book.

Set in Dubai, Spec Ops is a third-person shooter, which shows the modern city-state of the Middle East devastated by a massive sandstorm. On top of all that natural catastrophe, hostile personalities also abound the city, and this is what your character has to contend with as well.

The announcement came with a debut trailer, so click on that embed below to see how you like it.

too bad they didn't say more about the gameplay. but no worries. am sure they'll be teasing us with more details later on. the graphics look really good, though, wouldn't you agree?

It actually reminds me of Terminator: Salvation game. They r both TPS games, Have wonderful graphics and are post-Apocalyptic. Spec-Ops: The line looks very unique and Gorgeous though. We need more military TPS games.
