Platform agnosticism is one thing, but Valve does still need to figure out how best to bring the content to Portal 2's different platforms. "Depending on the platform you’re on I should say, will depend on how we’re delivering it."

Delivering community-created content to PS3 seems to be an easier prospect thanks to the integration of SteamWorks into Portal 2's PS3 version, which is exactly what Valve will be using. SteamWorks will also let PS3 owners play Portal 2's multiplayer with PC and Mac users.
It's not clear yet though whether levels created with the Razer Hydra PC motion controller in mind will translate to Kinect and Move-controllable levels. Valve and Razer are releasing a special version of Portal 2 with Razer-specific levels and puzzles.
