Toy Story 3 is out to prove a point

Avalanche Studios has made it known that they're well-aware of the reception of movie-games, and they're constantly trying to prove that Toy Story 3 will be different. From the looks of things, they seem to be on the right track. There are quite a few gameplay clips on this trailer, so check it out and see if it's to your liking.

wow goldeneye remember putting proximity mines on crates and guns then picking the crate up or gun and the mine would disappear and the poor unsuspecting person would be blown up remember the timed maps to unlock stuff you had to run through a whole map in a few minutes to unlock stuff wondering how the hell can I do all that in 3:15 seconds

Well it sure doesn't look like the UP game, that really sucked....
I liked when they said the wii version is for a younger demographic...Guess someone's admitting it!!

Trying to convince me how your going to up the bar and create the finest toy story 3 game ever is only insulting me avalanche studios.

i actually have a good feeling about this and i'm 24.

it's really creative, and rewards kids for exploring which is what kids were meant to do.

This looks like every other movie game.

Especially for animated movies, random minigames and shuffling of characters is very common and this doesn't look different at all. It might as well be Shrek with the characters swapped out.

I feel the only thing that they are really doing is just SAYING and ADMITTING things that suck up to the general public. It's already known that most movie games tend to be on the poor side and the Wii is aimed for younger players. I doubt any company filled with regular, normal people would have thoughts otherwise.
