this collection was released on the SNES in 1993. It can be played on most systems with an emulator.

I really wish this came with Super Mario World (I'd probably go crazy if this came with Yoshi's Island)

But hey, if those came with it they wouldn't have a reason to sell us a Super Mario World Collection.

What a load of crap, Nintendo only packed the games and made them compatible with Wii, then sell it.

Nothing was improved at all, what a disgrace. It just shows how much quality Nintendo is loosing.

It doesn't even come with a Mario and Luigi toy...

Nintendo on the next generation can't keep being lame as they are now or they will be finished.

I just played through this for the 100th time on my real SNES, last week. How much did it cost me? Nothing.

Would I pay for it? No way.

Should anyone else? Hell no.

BOYCOTT NINTENDO NOW!!

What if they don't already have the game or a SNES at all? Buying this collection is almost the same price, if not cheaper, than buying the SNES game online. Plus you get a soundtrack and a booklet. It's really not a bad deal. People are always hatin on re-releases, except they're just thinking of themselves and not other people who may not already own the content. If you don't want it, don't buy it. But don't be all, "Nintendo shouldn't be releasing this crap" just cuz you already own it.

Most people are not capable of thinking of others. They can only think of and live inside their own small world.

While this release isn't for me (as I can probably see scans of the extras at some point in time), I can certainly see it's value to others.

"Most people are not capable of thinking of others"

That has never stopped you from speaking for the majority, which you think is the same as you.

Loser, lazy, fat, nothing important to discuss, buy everything

Thank god that isn't the majority

1. I never speak for the majority.

2. "I can certainly see it's value to others." - Enjoying that egg on your face? Maybe next time you should read.

3. "Loser, lazy, fat, nothing important to discuss, buy everything" - What exactly was your point here?

Pretty much! Seems to be nothing much around here but trolls lately. You got people with PS3 in their screen name yet they consistently post how crappy Nintendo is in the Nintendo articles. You got other long term trolls that do nothing but talk crap and never discuss the article.

Ah well, haters are going to hate and some children never grow up.
