TGS 2010: Ninja Gaiden 3 announced

Ryu Hayabusa is back! Yes folks, a new Ninja Gaiden game is in the works and this time, Tecmo Koei promises to take the series in a "new direction."

Announced at a private dinner press event in Tokyo earlier, Ninja Gaiden 3 is said to represent a more human side of the series protagonist, Ryu Hayabusa, as he tries to avenge his clan's name and prevent the destruction of the human race from taking place. No other info was disclosed about the game, not even the platforms or the date.
