As with Tekken 6, you will also be able to make use of the weapons you equip in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Weapons and the like have long been around in Tekken costume options, but you get to hit enemies with swords and spears again here. It may even be possible to expand their use to more than just one basic attack.
About the only release information for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for now is a summer 2011 release for arcades in Japan. Western windows and consoles have not been discussed so far.
