2K Sports's 2K11 baseball title is on the way, and to help boost its sales, Take-Two Interactive is once again offering a million bucks to the first player to pitch a no-hitter.
The contest rules are simple enough - record a game where you pitch a perfect game and send the video to 2K Sports. They'll be verifying it for frauds and and tampered clips, so don't even think about it. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, but this year, they've lowered the eligibility to 13 years of age and above. Only the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game may be used to enter the competition.
Take-Two did the same last year, where24-year-old Wade McGilberry of Semmes, Alabama, found himself a million dollars richer after sending every batter straight back to the dugout. "It was an incredible feeling when 2K Sports showed up at my doorstep," he said. "I never thought I'd actually get paid for playing Major League Baseball 2K10, or any video game. It really can happen to you - winning one million dollars changed my life forever."
Want to go on a million-dollar run? You'll need to go over the official contest rules.
