Sniper: Ghost Warrior to get sequel, additional content? |
Listed in: Xbox 360, PC Gaming Tags: city interactive

Game sales are always the easiest gauge of how successful a title is to the market. So if you've already sold half a million copies aroumd the world on its first couple of months out alone - like Sniper: Ghost Warrior did - then chances are you will be thinking of a sequel to the game. Like what City Interactive is now claiming.
Apparently, the publisher is so happy with the game's movement in the market that they are already mulling over not only developing a sequel to this hard core first-person shooter, but also coming out with new additional content.
Polish website gram.pl reports that this additional content for the original title may be expected sometime before Christmas (which is right about now, really). City Interactive boss Marek Tyminski has yet to specify any details on this though, but more info is expected to come out inthe coming months.
2/5 of Sniper: Ghost Warrior's sales were found to be from the U.S market, with another 100,000 sold in Britain, and the rest of the numbers from all over Europe.
