Snake and The Boss will be in Monster Hunter Portable 3rd

Remember the Monster Hunter tie-up that Konami added in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker? Capcom has announced that the tie-up goes both ways.

For one, Monster Hunter Portable 3rd will have Snake and The Boss equipment for male and female characters, respectively. Companion Felynes will also be able to wear bandanas and sneaking suits and hold knives. They even hide in a box if your character ducks.

Additionally, Monster Hunter Portable 3rd will feature voices and sound effects from Meal Gear Solid. Snake and The Boss will say "Jouzu ni Yakimashita!" when cooking meat.

All the stuff outlined above will reportedly be available as part of a downloadable quest. Capcom has promised more info to come at a later date.

Monster Hunter Portable 3rd comes out in Japan on December 1st.
