Sinclair Solutions Test Pack will be BioShock 2's first DLC pack

2K Games announced today plans for "aggressive" post-launch support for BioShock 2. Kicking things off in March will be the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack, which will feature the following improvements:

 

 

Rank Increase to level 50 with Rank Rewards
New playable characters Louie McGraff and Oscar Calraca
20 new trials*
A third weapon upgrade for each weapon
Five additional masks*
*Some items are only available after a player achieves a rank of 41 or higher.

Note that some of the items above will only become available once you hit Rank 41 or higher. All we have by way of a release date is a March window, but 2K did lay out the pricing details: 400 MS Points for thw Xbox 360 and PC versions and GB£ 3.19 / US$ 4.99 for the PS3 version.

 

More DLC packs will also be released in the coming months.

I dont like this at all... i dont mind the masks, new characters and trials but whats up with the rest of the stuff.

They'll give anyone who buys it an unfair advantage over the rest of the players. So if you really want to win anything you have to pay again.

even maps would have been ok

You can't play with someone that isn't the same rank as you when you're in a ranked match. So it doesn't really matter anyway. The 50's will go with the 50's, and the 40's will go with the 40's.

be that as it may there will still be division amongst the community an unecessary one.

if they stuck to extra challenges and characters there would be no problem for the paid dlc.

the stuff that actually effects game play such as the leveling and weapon slots should be free.

first i felt weaker than the main character in Bioshock 1. It felt like their was no story line, it was like playing multiplayer by myself. Comon no bad guy...... atlas was a better bad guy all juiced up on eve. I have played bioshock 1 ten times and it never gets boring. i was bored not even half way for bioshock 2. The alpha big daddy is stronger than delta wtf!!! alpha is the first version then delta.....so delta has to stronger. I sold this game and got heavy rain....much better game

Delta was the first big daddy because since Elanor was the first little sister and the other alphas had little sisters as well, and also Delta is definitely stronger than Alpha
PS: Heavy rain is a good game but Bioshock 2 is better
