While there are some people who have productive relationships with video games, there are still those who insist that problems in society may be attributed to video games. Here we go again with the game blame. This time, a few experts share their take on why games like Bulletstorm are responsible for sexual violence.

In Epic Games' upcoming M-rated shooter, you hear a lot of cussing, you see a lot of blood and violence. These things are brought up in a story written by John Brandon on FoxNews.com entitled, "Is Bulletstorm the Worst Video Game in the World?" A lot of personalities and organizations have already condemned such content, but in this case, "that's not the worst part," the article says.
Apparently, Bulletstorm is also full of dangerous sexual themes.

Let's use the overly used "videogames promotes violence on kids". Parents will gladly believe that headline instead of admitting that they are s#$%y parents.
Video games have become one of the favorite scapegoats to make headlines.

anybosy who plays these games with a passion and for hours and hours, and still remains civil, is sane.

I Vote that a group be formed to educate parents on how games work and what they actually are. No you son/daughter won't be actually suffocating a man (man hunt) its just a video game in a fictional universe.
Also its foxnews who cares what they think! They don't realise they probably have stakes in the studio's making these games somewhere in the FOX group. Its like when they tried to sue the makers of the simpsons and realised "Oh no wait we own the simpsons!".
End of Rant ......

This form of media is no difference than the film industry. There are plenty of extremely violent rated R movies, yet they don't get any bad press such as "Hostile" or "Saw" turning a ten-year-old into a serial killer and rapist. Of course not, everyone knows this is a movie for older audiences.
If parents are so worried, why do they buy their children M rated games? Obviously no one is paying attention and the parents themselves are the ones to blame. Why can no one see that video games are just like any other form of entertainment, with different genres and different target audience with each game. There are games for children and games for adults, clear and simple. You can't put "Lego Star Wars" in the same category and standard as "Bullet Storm". No, they are for different audiences just as "Toy Story" is to "Saw".
This is just another example of Fox News with its classic "Fear Mongering" techniques in order to restore their conservative ideas and for the mindless to vote for Republicans to protect the children.

isn't that the statistical norm for, oh, just about ANYTHING?
you can't police everything in order to keep one person out of a million from doing something bad, or else we will have no form of entertainment left.
