BlazBlue: Continuum Shift's DLC characters don't stop with Makoto Nanaya. At its BlazBlue Streaming event in Tokyo, Arc System Works revealed the next character up for release as downloadable content.
Joining the game's character roster soon will be Rachel's butler and rumored legendary hero, Valkenhayn R Hellsing. The developers didn't announce any release or pricing info, but chances are the price will be in the US$ 7 to US$ 9 range, similar to Makoto. More downloadable characters should be announced in the future.

I agree and disagree with this. I agree only because it doesn't add a new story segment for each new character. But the additions are NEW so they did have development costs. The price really isn't that bad and it is optional.
