If you would take a quick check at the latest PlayStation Store update, you'll find Mega Man down at the imports section. You're probably curious as to which one that is and what it's doing there, so here's a little FYI.
That title is actually Rockman: Complete Works, an enhanced port of the original Mega Man for the PSOne. This particular release wasn't brought to North America, hence its place at the imports section.
The game gives you hints and tips through its Navi mode, but since the first Mega Man was pretty much straightforward, you might not find much use for it. What you want is this version's ability to save, especially considering the game is pretty long and it didn't have passwords.
Care to go retro? This one is available for US$ 5.99, and works for both the PS3 and the PSP.
