You know those Pro-Drums set specifically to the cymbals in Rock Band 3? Apparently, its reach won't be limited to the third title alone as it's been programmed to be compatible to all the songs released thus far on Rock Band.
That brings the count up to some 2,000+ songs. Said Project Director for Harmonix, Daniel Sussman, "This was planned from the beginning of the project. From the first day we decided to include this "extra-charting" because we wanted to be prepared in case the day came, and it posed no additional effort."
Harmonix is making sure you'll be getting a full-on massive, enjoyable experience when Rock Band 3 comes out. We'll be keeping you posted for more details on it as they come.
