If you're looking for a story, however, then The Mercenaries 3D isn't the game for you. Just like the gameplay mode it sprang up from, this game is all action, action, and more action.
"It's tailored to be a pure action game, so there is no story aspect to it at all," Inoue said. "Instead of that, we're implementing a lot of new gameplay into the action."
Capcom hasn't set a release date for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D yet, but seeing as how the game is already 70% complete according to Famitsu a 2011 Japanese release isn't so farfetched.
