SCEE have released an official list of the ten games PSP Go owners stand to get if they bought and registered their handhelds after April 1st.

Apparently that unknown title from the last list is James Cameron's Avatar: The Game. A bit anticlimactic if you ask me. Anyway, here's the full list:

  • Assassins Creed: Bloodlines (Ubisoft)
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (Rockstar Games)
  • Gran Turismo (SCE WWS)
  • James Cameron's AVATAR: The Game (Ubisoft)
  • LittleBigPlanet (SCE WWS)
  • MotorStorm Arctic Edge (SCE WWS)
  • NEED FOR SPEED SHIFT (EA)
  • Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice (SCE WWS)
  • 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa (EA)
  • WipEout Pure (SCE WWS)

You can get more info on the promo here. Unfortunately for some, this is open only to those in the following territories: Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

The USA has like the Highest rating in piracy. Its not a real saying but.. If it exists, Its hackable.

USA is a hard territory to sell games, cause once a handful of people buy em..all it takes is 1% or less then that to upload it to the internet to make sales fall a good 100K or soo depending on the site.

The USA has one of the lowest, if not the lowest rates of piracy in the world.

Do your research noob.

i think not, piracy hurts more in the US cause gaming companies that make games in japan or overseas are scared to do work traslating the games for us.. look at how many great games the US failed to get due to piracy

think before you call people "noobs"
like are you like 10 to still use the word noob?

you fail to realize something about the US market. If nobody else is doing it, somebody in the US will start, just because they can. Example, if a game is that great and made only in japan, people will make an English patch. Besides, lot's of games that get leaked come from Europe and other places (new super mario bros.) The fact is, Many people pirate games simply because they cant afford to buy them. So, do the company's really loose that much money?

These are the regions where the PSPGo has not sold one unit. Hopefully Sony will get at least a dozen sold. Good Luck!

I live in Canada and I love my Go. But I'm disappointed on the support of games (or lack of), digital copy movies and all the extra goodies/crap (free games, camera, gps) that Europe and Japan get that we don't.

This system is turning out to be something that Nintendo used to do in the past... Here's all these add-ons that we've invented (ex. 64DD and many others), but we won't release them to North America. Come on Sony!!!

Remember when Sony received a question from the people about if the PSP go will allow ppl who already have UMD versions of games to get it on their go for free, and they said "We will look into that"?

THAT tells me that Sony is starting something where they jump head first into something that sounds like a good idea instead of thoroughly planning out their features. NOW THAT SCARES ME! :-?

All i see here is Sony realising the Go is a complete write off and throwing as much "worthless" first party games as they can at people so they can offload as much profitable hardware as possible, but just remember when you bored of those 10 games you still own a Psp Go and are being held over a barrel if you want more.

Moron.

Only half the titles are listed are first party.

Half the games are also good for those who want to purchase games. Also there are a lot of good games for digital download on the PSN.

As for me. I don't like digital copies of games so I'm still with both my PSP2000s.

In my opinion though, the good games listed are GTAVCS, LBP, Pursuit Force Extreme Justice, Wipeout Pure, and GT Portable.

Damn I was hopping it would be for a few other people also. I got the promotion code for Bloodlines 6 hours before it ended and the next day when I got the email I was happy I got that for free till it said it was valid for just 6 stupid ass hours.... tried to put it in and didn't work. THANKS SONY.

I wonder why everybody just bashes the go? I mean, for one thing they are not competing with the original models, they are side by side. Nobody is forcing you to buy one or another. It's like iPhone vs iPod Touch, people keep saying one is better than the other but that is for Their needs. I used to use a CFW enabled 1000, made ISOs of my games and played them cos I was sick of the shithouse load times. I decided to get a go becuase after the PS store for PSP was launched I tended to buy games from there, hence my games are fully usable on the go, with more memory to boot.

Just think next time; some people actually use them.
