PETA wants Super Tofu Boy, not Super Meat Boy

stbThe People for Ethical Treatment of Animals, also known as PETA, are at it again. They're not fans of meat, and they certainly have no problems with making themselves heard. This time, they're targeting Edmund McMillen's and Jonathan McEntee's meaty Super Meat Boy by offering its vegetarian counterpart as a better alternative.

In PETA's parody, Bandage Girl dumps Super Meat Boy to go for Super Tofu Boy. Poor Meat Boy then kidnaps his ex, so it's up to her new guy to save her - enter Super Tofu Boy. The animal activist group also whips out a few lines saying why tofu is better than meat. Some if those include, "Vegetarians make better lovers," "LOL@ Meat Boys bad breath," and "Firm, Extra Firm or Silken—Tofu can fulfill all your needs!"

PETA has crossed swords with video games lots of times, each with its own media-attracting twist. They clamored against Take Two and Samba de Amigo for the depicted mistreatment of virtual elephants, they invaded Northrend to stop the seal-slaughtering in World of Warcraft, and slammed the popular Call of Duty franchise for the death of attack dogs. Heck, they even wrote open letters to Majesco's Cooking Mama, asking her to start going all-vegetarian in her dishes.

After it falls off a 1 mile high cliff. We want them to think about what they've done while waiting for the end.
