Yoshida says so in his latest producer's letter, posted over at FFXIV's official website. There, he talked about the changes brought about by the recent patch, but more importantly, what else you can expect to come your way in the future.






Patch 1.15a focused on the balancing skill and experience point awards. Next up on their to-do list is the difficulty level. Yoshi-P explains this line of thought.

The game is garbage. I stopped playing in January and all these patches and updates don't really seem to yield results. The engine is still broken, the markets still crash daily, the environment is copy and paste. I struggle to find anything positive about this game. Utter garbage.
