Paramount bringing Top Gun into PSN |

The highway to the danger zone will soon lead over to the PlayStation Network and the skies will be your playground. In other words, Top Gun is getting another release and it will soon be available for download at the PlayStation Store.
Paramount Digital Entertainment made the announcement earlier, with doublesix as the developer. The game, simply named Top Gun, will be based from the 1986 film. You'll be playing as Maverick, but Goose, Iceman, and the other Top Gun boys will also be on board. It'll basically be a beefed-up port of the Top Gun that Paramount released for the iPhone and iPod Touch last year.
There will be a single-player Horde Mode, but there will be five modes for multiplayer - "Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Top Gun (choose your wingman and compete against enemy pairs), Bombing Run (defend and attack mobile bases) and Capture the Flag."
