Online retailers date Duke Nukem Forever for February 2011 release |
Listed in: PS3, Xbox 360, PC Gaming Tags: duke nukem forever, Gearbox Software
Excited about Duke Nukem Forever, huh? Why wouldn't you be? It seemed like a whole lot of forever before this game finally pushed through for real. Well now, GameStop and Amazon further ups the hype as they list the game for a February 2011 release date.

We're certainly not taking this as official and final. After all, it's still some ways away and the date was not yet confirmed by Gearbox Software. So although pre-order season has begun for these online retailers, and with the shipping date pegged at February 1st, 2011, there's still some big possibility that this will still be changed later on.
But for what it's worth, that placeholder date sure does fit right into the news that Duke Nukem Forever is finally coming this Q1 of next year. We'll keep you posted on this as we get more.

Though I really wouldn't be surprised if they actually dated DNF for release in, say, December 2012.
