This E Tank pillow is available only for Japan for now at ¥2,625 (about US$ 31). It's nearly 12"x12" (300mm x 300mm in metric) in size, and could really help with a staggering life gauge, or your need for gamer goods. Another cushion, shaped like an extra life icon, a.k.a. Mega Man's head, will be available on September 30th.
