NBA 2K11 getting special 3D PS3 version, 3D update coming in January |

Enjoying NBA 2K11 on your PS3? If you've got a 3D-capable TV and a pair of 3D glasses, you'll be able to enjoy it just a little bit more. 2K Games have announced that they're adding 3D support for the game.
Starting November 16, Best Buy will begin selling 3D-fied versions of NBA 2K11 exclusively for PS3. You can still play the game even if you don't have a 3D-capable TV of course.
"The new 3D capabilities literally add a new dimension to the experience and provide a level of immersion that has never been experienced in a basketball video game," says 2K Sports' president of product development, Greg Thomas.
Those who already have NBA 2K11 will have to wait a bit longer to get their 3D groove on. 2K will release a free update on PSN in January 2011.
